TERMS OF SERVICEGENERAL
I own the creative rights to all my Artworks and Designs.
NON of my Artwork are allowed to be edited or used otherwise by other Artists unless it has been discussed with me!
(This includes making animations or Live2D models with my art)
I reserve the right to refuse any commission or stop working on it if the Commissioner mistreated me in any way.
After the sketch gets approved by the commissioner every change will be charged extra. (Excluding color changes)
I will NOT make changes after delivery unless there was a mistake on my side.
It is possible to add things or ask for extras (like a PNGTuber version) while still in the working Phase but the extra charges could be higher than unusual depending on the difficulty to implement them.
Depending on how many commissions I'm working on there could be a slight delay for the delivery.
Commissions with deadlines will be prioritized.PAYMENTS
I will start working AFTER I received the full payment or at least half if the total amount is above 50€.
A payment plan has to be discussed with me first.
Payment will be send over Ko-Fi or PayPal.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
If the Commissioner sets a deadline they will have to pay a Fee that starts at 20€.
This fee will increase the tighter the deadline is they set.
The finale Piece will only be delivered AFTER I received the full payment.COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
If a commissioner wants to use my artwork for commercial use they will have to pay a fee.
For PNGTuber the fee is 20€.
For merch and other sale related Rights the Fee is double the initial price.
After paying the fee you are free to use the artwork as you please.
Crediting me will be appreciated but is not necessary.REFUNDS
Refunds are only possible BEFORE I start working on the commission.
(Until the the sketch got approved by the Commissioner)
Down payments are non-refundable.
